• An in-depth medical and health questionnaire including informations on your lifestyle such as sleep, exercise, and relaxation and a 3-day food diary to be completed online on your client portal before your 1st session so we can gain an understanding of your current health nutrition status and lifestyle habits.

 

• 1st consultation, face-to-face or online, lasting 90 minutes, to explore your goal, current health nutrition status and lifestyle habits.

• 4 sessions, each 45 mins, of Sober Coaching & Nutrition support

​​

• A written personalised therapeutic nutrition and lifestyle plan to help you while you are reducing/stopping alcohol and to achieve your health goals. 3 PDF nutrition & lifestyle handouts given at each session (15 in total) which will be available on your online client portal.

• 4 key appropriate supplements for a 4-week supply included, delivered to your designated address or given at one of the face-to-face sessions (these 4 supplements are for nutrient deficiencies due to the consumption of alcohol and for reducing cravings, RRP £85). If you don’t wish to take supplements or can’t take them due to your current medications, (for example Metformin or Warfarin), the price of £85 will be reduced from the Silver package.
